How do I view the Traffic map?

Item Description

Tap to zoom into an event cluster containing a group of events close together.

Event icon Display an icon to indicate type of event. Tap to display the summary of the event; tap again to view

the details.

Route affected When an event spans a specific distance, the section of road affected will be highlighted.

A group of events at the same location.

Tap to display the number of events; tap again to view the events on a list.

The direction of your current position. Tap to return the map to your current position.

To zoom in or out, tap and hold

or . Zooming in or out will increase or decrease the area

contained within the Traffic map area.

Note: Zooming out too far will reduce the number of traffic events displayed to zero and hence return no results.

How do I view the details of a traffic event?

There are two ways to view details of an event received by your Mio.

Tap an event from the Event List screen, or tap twice on the event icon on the Traffic map. The Event Details

screen will display.

The Event Details screen displays the type of event, description, location, information update time and a map

snapshot displaying the section of road affected.
